Isabelle Mamet
Paralegal
Isabelle earned her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland and completed her Paralegal Certification through Boston University in 2022. During her undergraduate studies, she had the unique opportunity to work directly with a District Court Judge, gaining hands-on experience in legal research, drafting memoranda, and analyzing statutes and regulatory issues. This experience helped her develop a foundation in legal writing, attention to detail, and critical thinking that continues to guide her work today.
Before joining Freedman Law Firm, Isabelle served as an immigration paralegal, where she provided support to attorneys in petition filings, motion drafting, and client consultations. She worked closely with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring they understood each step of the legal process and felt supported throughout their cases. Her dedication to her work helped streamline cases and positive outcomes for clients.
In addition to her professional experience, Isabelle has engaged in international volunteer work throughout Central America, Europe, and Asia, which deepened her appreciation for advocacy and the importance of standing up for those who need it most. She brings that same dedication to her role at Freedman Law Firm, striving to ensure every client feels informed, empowered, and valued - never treated as a transaction.
